The MCSS staff are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time; Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Transactions (e.g. patient registration, correspondence, consults, and etc.) will not take place on holidays. Occasionally, the MCSS may close due to inclement weather conditions.

 

Each participating institution will be notified of office closures by e-mail.

 

Night, Weekend, and Holiday Emergencies:

If patient-related emergencies or questions arise when the MCSS office is closed, the protocol specific Principal Investigator may be reached at the contact information listed in each protocol.
